Anoush Brangaccio
Anoush Arakalian Brangaccio is the Senior Policy Advisor for the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation. As Senior Policy Advisor, she works on legislation, and special projects for OIR. Ms. Brangaccio has over 26 years of insurance regulatory experience. She has worked for OIR since 2003 and for the Department of Insurance prior to the creation of OIR. Ms. Brangaccio was the General Counsel from March 2015 until October 2023. From August 2010 through February 2011, in addition to her duties as Litigation Chief, Ms. Brangaccio served as the Interim Director for the Office’s Market Investigations Unit. She was also the Chief Assistant General Counsel for Litigation from 2003 until 2015. She also headed the Life and Health Section of the Legal Division for the Department of Insurance from 2001-2003. Ms. Brangaccio received her law degree in 1993 and her bachelor’s degree in political science in 1990, both from the University of Florida.
