Tim Lindquist

Tim Lindquist has over 20 years of experience in construction, working across civil, industrial, residential, and commercial projects. As Regional Manager for FRAMECAD Americas, he focuses on helping teams adopt cold formed steel (CFS) and modular construction as practical ways to build faster, with more certainty and less risk. Tim’s perspective is grounded in real world experience. He started out in the field as a laborer, field engineer, superintendent, and project manager, before moving into leadership roles including Principal, Partner, and COO at Integrated Steel Solutions, where he was directly involved in running CFS manufacturing operations.  Having worked across both site based construction and offsite manufacturing, Tim brings a clear understanding of how the industry is evolving. He is particularly passionate about helping developers, builders, and manufacturers improve quality, efficiency, and scalability by shifting more of the build process into controlled environments.
